ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
The global landscape is undergoing a significant transformation that is reshaping traditional paradigms of enterprises, leadership, and organisational culture. The post-industrial business era is facing critical challenges in developing sustainable pathways for success, with a focus on ethical frameworks rooted in human dignity. This shift requires careful attention to responsible leadership, corporate values, and the overall well-being of individuals, resulting in organisations that embody both purpose and progress. Such environments promote corporate ethics and equity, driven by a conscience that guides business endeavours and an empathetic perspective that fosters innovation.
The Third International Conference 2026 will bring together distinguished scholars, industry leaders, and subject matter experts to explore the evolving landscape of responsible leadership and human-centric enterprise. The dialogue will aim to redefine leadership, inclusivity, and corporate responsibility while promoting mental health and well-being and fostering an ethical and equitable global economy.
We warmly invite you to be part of this transformative conference, which aims to contribute to the future of business and leadership for a more just and sustainable world.

Jamshedpur, also known as "Steel City," "Tatanagar," and "The Pittsburgh of India," is situated at the confluence of the Swarnarekha and Kharkai rivers, reflecting its significant role in the nation's industrial landscape. The city is surrounded by the Dalma Hills and is the largest city in the state of Jharkhand. It is recognised as India's first planned industrial city. It uniquely combines industrial development with green spaces and is home to Tata Steel, Asia's first integrated steel plant. The city serves as a major economic hub in Jharkhand, housing industries such as automobiles and machinery in addition to steel production. Jamshedpur is recognised for its multicultural population, high quality of life, and consistent ranking as one of India's cleanest cities.
A distinctive feature of Jamshedpur is that it is largely managed by Tata Steel, which oversees many of its public services and infrastructure. Founded in 1919 by Jamsetji Tata, the visionary founder of the Tata Group, the city was named in his honour. The identity of Jamshedpur is deeply intertwined with the Tata Group, which continues to play a significant role in the city's development and public services. In 2020, Jamshedpur was ranked the cleanest city in India by Swachh Survekshan and was also recognised as the second-best city in India in terms of quality of life. According to the City Mayors Foundation, it is the 84th fastest-growing city in the world. It is also one of India's first Smart Cities, alongside Naya Raipur.
The city boasts several prominent tourist attractions, including Jubilee Park, Dalma Wildlife Sanctuary, Dimna Lake, Tata Steel Zoological Park, JRD Tata Sports Complex, and the Russi Modi Centre of Excellence. Over the years, Jamshedpur has received multiple awards for its cleanliness, green spaces, and sustainable urban development.
XLRI (Xavier School of Management) holds immense significance for the city of Jamshedpur, contributing not just to its educational landscape but also to its economy, culture, and social fabric. As one of India's oldest and most prestigious business schools, XLRI has been a key institution in the "Steel City" since its founding in 1949.
